This is an incredible project by the Alliance Theatre and Atlanta Symphony Orchestra to create a shared performance space for youth programming at the Woodruff Arts Center. Amazon expanded their offices at Terminus 200 by three floors. YBPM was Cousins' representative for the Amazon Tenant Improvements in 2021 and 2022.
Iris relocated their office within the Stoveworks complex, and used this opportunity to respond to shifting workplace priorities and dynamics. This advertising agency is bold and so is their style!
This 592,000sf office complex and parking deck had the added complexity of pedestrian and vehicular bridges. Katherine served as Project Manager for Davinci-Winstead (the development JV). This project delivered in 2020.
In collaboration with Joe Laseter, Architect, YBPM helped a large confidential client through a programming exercise to determine a layout and square footage requirement that could be used in lease negotiations.
Redevelopment project of a major Class A building in downtown Raleigh. Projects included lobbies, plazas, amenities, elevators, restrooms, corridors, wayfinding, art and furniture.
Cousins Properties relocated its Property Management office within 3348 Peachtree Rd, aligning the design style with the corporate office.
Centrum @ Glenridge is an example of redevelopment work including lobby, fitness, lounge and other common areas.
This project consisted of both capital improvements such as common area improvements as well as Landlord Representation for the major IHG design and construction project.
YBPM was engaged in this project during demolition in order to provide opportunities for budget and schedule compression.
YBPM served as a Landlord Representative for Portman to Georgia Tech for their build-out of the anchor space at CODA. Responsibilities included concurrent LL deliverables for base building construction.
YBPM provided due diligence for the purchase of this project by a partnership.
This redevelopment project consisted of major façade restoration, base building expansion, power vault restoration, elevator modernizations, security upgrades, complete lobby renovation including a new conference center & fitness center, and a turnkey restaurant buildout for Chef Stephen Pyles (subsequently named Dallas’s Best New Restaurant and a Semi-Finalist for the James Beard Best New Restaurant). Building transformed from 67% to over 90% leased. 2100 Ross was named Redevelopment of the Year Finalist by D magazine.
Project included a new café, bistro, fitness center, management office, security upgrades, wayfinding and a major commissioned plaza sculpture, Stealth, which won First Place recognition in the ACI Special Projects category and was recognized on the covers of Structure and Concrete International magazines. Building progressed from 58% to over 90% leased.
Northpark Town Center is a three-building complex. This project consisted of wayfinding, hardscape, and landscape capital project, as well as construction of turnkey amenities such as the Commons, Soiree Wine, the Bean Counter, Fooda, and the Northpark Florist. The main lobby of the 500 building was also renovated. Art was a major component of the improvements.
This iconic tower was redeveloped by Cousins Properties, and included the Commerce Club (recipient of ULI Awards of Excellence 2011 - Jury's Award), Resolution Fitness, a new management office, valet-drop off, and a new restaurant (Alma Cocina). Building was purchased at 19% occupied and is now over 90% occupied.
Greenway Plaza in Houston consisted of several projects: 3 Greenway Lobby, Food Court Renovation, and a new Pulse Fitness Center. Art was a major theme in the project and transformed a bland building into a project that helped tenants recruit and retain employees. Photo by Logan Beck Photography.
This improv comedy mecca was an adaptive reuse pro-bono project in Old Fourth Ward, Atlanta. The new location increased not only attendance but demand for classes and corporate events. Winner of ULI Awards of Excellence 2016 - Jury's Award.
