Yellow Bird Project Management is an Atlanta-based boutique brand of commercial real estate design and construction project management. Katherine Molyson Zanaty is the Owner and Project Manager.

From permitting through punch list, we can manage all aspects of timely project delivery within your budget, while not sacrificing quality or safety. Repositioning Strategy
Does your building need an overhaul? We will deliver an executable vision, budget and schedule that aligns with your goals for your commercial real estate project. Yellow Bird has experience in adaptive reuse projects as well as updating old buildings into sustainable beacons of commercial activity.
Major Project Teams
When development teams need to staff up to deliver major projects, YBPM can support by working under the flag of the development partner. As an example, Ms. Zanaty served as Project Manager with The Winstead Group for the Children's Healthcare of Atlanta's Corporate Headquarters from 2017 - 2020 and is the Project Manager for the new South Tower at the Arthur M. Landlord Representation
For major tenants, Yellow Bird can serve as liaison between Tenant’s project manager and the Owner for lease negotiation, OAC representation, field investigations and allowance disbursement. Example Projects include 1230 Peachtree (Deloitte & Cousins Properties), 1200 Peachtree (Visa & Cousins Properties), CODA (Georgia Tech & Portman), 3 Ravinia (IHG & Preferred Office Properties), and Terminus 200 (Amazon & Cousins Properties).

Yellow Bird can serve as the project manager for your build-out - whether it be corporate or restaurant/retail. We will assemble a fantastic design and construction team and execute your vision for the future home of your organization or business!
